Delivered In time for Christmas Shipping Policy:

To give your order a solid chance of arriving before 25/12/2025, please place it no later than 01/12/2025 and keep an eye on your inbox for any security check emails (required for orders over $500).

If your security check is not completed, we will not be able to ship your order even if it was placed before the cutoff date.

If you are pre-ordering a product (with a stock ETA after 01/12/2025), please note that it is unlikely to be delivered in time for Christmas. Products that are still awaiting stock, as of 01/12/2025, will be dispatched after they are back in stock (ETA on the specific product page.

Please note that this is not a delivery guarantee. You cannot claim a refund or change of mind based on a delayed delivery. We will do our best to meet the delivery deadlines above. However, occasional logistics delays or stock issues may occur during the busy season. We do not promise that all orders placed before 01/12/2025 will arrive before Christmas.

We encourage you to order before 01/12/2025 to allow reasonable time for your order to be delivered in time for Christmas. The earlier you place your order, the better.


What is a Security Check?

For orders over $500, we perform a security check to help prevent fraud and keep our customers safe. This involves our team contacting you via email or phone to verify your order, by confirming a small refund in your account.

Any delay in completing the security check process will delay your order confirmation and extend your delivery timeline. Please note that delivery timeframes apply only after your order has been confirmed.

Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from our Gold Coast Showroom, this is followed by a transit time frame.

For Standard Shipping, we offer free delivery on orders over $99. Orders under $99 will incur a $9.90 flat shipping fee. Excludes WA, NT and remote areas.

If you need your order sooner, our $14.00 Express Shipping is available for non-bulky items (not available for bikes and bulky items), usually arriving the next business day in metro areas. Excludes WA, NT and remote areas. Please note, express shipping is not available for ebikes, escooters and other bulky items. 

Bulky items are shipped by carrier not post, hence may take longer to arrive than non-bulky items. 

We also offer a Click & Collect service, allowing you to order online and conveniently pick up your items in-store at no extra cost. Make sure to collect your order within 7 business days from when you're notified that your order is ready.

For products available for pre-order, please check the ETA provided for stock availability. The ETA indicates when stock will be ready, not the delivery date. Once stock is available, your order will be processed, and standard shipping times will apply.
